CYCAN 是个通过网络在中国大学校园中推行气候变化行动的非政府组织。 它成立时间不长， 但发展很快，在普及气候变化知识，介绍中国应对气候变化的举措， 参与国际交流方面做了许多工作。

CYCAN is a environmental organization of the young people and for the young people. It has provoked many youth to participate in the action against the climate change.
